OverviewDonna Postek has been working with the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. for more than seven years. Donna assists the attorneys and paralegals in providing the highest level of personal injury service to our clients.
Donna supervises the day-to-day operations of the firm to make sure things are running smoothly and efficiently. Donna also facilitates the process for our clients to obtain their settlement checks in a timely fashion. Donna further provides support to the staff in order to allow them to focus their time and efforts on helping our clients with their individual needs.
HistoryDonna’s past administrative positions at a human services agency and at a local school district have given her the expertise to provide the highest level of care and compassion to our clients during their time of need. Having worked in finance for the majority of her career, Donna knows the importance of accuracy and being detail oriented and timely; this clearly benefits our clients. Donna resides in Williamsville, New York, with her husband and three children. Overview Peggy Wagner’s career in the personal injury field began in 1982, whereupon she was a plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal for two years. Peggy started her family shortly thereafter. At the same time, Peggy established her own business typing transcripts for attorneys in Western New York.
In 2005 Peggy joined Jed Dietrich, Esq. when the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. was founded. She has proudly assisted in the representation of injured plaintiffs for nearly 20 years. Peggy makes every effort to provide the highest level of personal injury service to each client of the Dietrich Law Firm and takes pride in being a key point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and defense attorneys. OverviewKayla Brightman has been a motivated and hardworking paralegal at The Dietrich Law Firm P.C. for three years. Prior to working at the Dietrich Law Firm, she graduated from Hilbert College with a degree in Forensic Science. This education helped refine Kayla’s meticulous attention to detail. This allows her to excel in assisting clients from the inception of their case through its conclusion. Kayla is a lifetime Erie County resident.
Kayla is exceptionally knowledgeable in the areas of:

- Maintaining disability notes from treating providers; and
- Disability paperwork and ensuring the clients are aware and prepared for time-sensitive medical examinations.

OverviewLauren has worked for the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. since 2019, but her passion for the law can be traced back to her pre-professional days. Lauren earned her Bachelor's Degree in 2018 at the University at Buffalo, her Associate's Degree in 2016, and her Law Clerk Certificate in 2010. Originally from Canada, Lauren moved to the United States in 2014 and resides in Medina, New York, with her other half and their two children. Lauren loves spending time with her family, reading, writing, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Legal WorkIn the Response Paper Department, Lauren drafts legal documents in response to discovery demands, prepares legal correspondence, meets with attorneys and paralegals to discuss case details, and carefully reviews files to extrapolate important information. In the Website Department, Lauren works with writers to curate compelling and accurate content for the firm's website, creates and adheres to content strategies, edits content for accuracy and quality, and communicates with the publishing team to ensure that content is published promptly.

OverviewAfter graduating high school in Durham, North Carolina, Berriah moved to Western New York. She began working in customer service and held long-term positions in quality control and leadership roles. Through her experience, she became accustomed to working in fast-paced environments and gained valuable experience. In 2020 she returned to school at Niagara County Community College, where she obtained her Paralegal Certificate. Berriah began her career with the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. in 2022. Outside work, she prioritizes spending quality time with her loved ones, particularly attending her son's sports activities. She also finds joy in cooking and traveling the world.
Legal WorkBerriah's role is critical in maintaining our office's smooth operation and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. As the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. receptionist, Berriah is our clients and visitors' first point of contact.
