Alexander Warfield Eaton

Mr. Eaton is a personal injury attorney and lifelong Buffalonian dedicated to securing the compensation people deserve after they have been injured by another person's negligence. He prosecuted injury cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and wrongful deaths. He is experienced in all stages of litigation from intake to trial.

Mr. Eaton grew up in Clarence, New York and graduated from Clarence High School where he was a decorated distance runner. He holds a B.A. in Rhetoric & Public Address from Hillsdale College, where he continued his running career. After two years in commercial real estate brokerage, he enrolled at Syracuse University College of Law, graduating with his J.D. in 2021. While at Syracuse, Mr. Eaton won the law school's mock trial tournament and earned awards for academic achievement in the fields of deposition practice and legal ethics.
