Overview

Donna Postek has been working with the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. since 2011. Donna assists the attorneys and paralegals in providing the highest level of personal injury service to our clients.

Legal Work

Donna supervises the day-to-day operations of the firm to make sure things are running smoothly and efficiently. Donna also facilitates the process for our clients to obtain their settlement checks in a timely fashion. Donna further provides support to the staff in order to allow them to focus their time and efforts on helping our clients with their individual needs.

History

Donna’s past administrative positions at a human services agency and at a local school district have given her the expertise to provide the highest level of care and compassion to our clients during their time of need. Having worked in finance for the majority of her career, Donna knows the importance of accuracy and being detail oriented and timely; this clearly benefits our clients. Donna resides in Williamsville, New York, with her husband and three children. Donna was born and raised in Western New York and appreciates that she can contribute back to the community that she is proud to be a part of.

Overview

Peggy Wagner’s career in the personal injury field began in 1982, whereupon she was a plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal for two years. Peggy started her family shortly thereafter. At the same time, Peggy established her own business typing transcripts for attorneys in Western New York.

In 2005 Peggy joined Jed Dietrich, Esq. when the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. was founded and has proudly assisted in the representation of injured plaintiffs ever since. Peggy makes every effort to provide the highest level of personal injury service to each client of the Dietrich Law Firm and takes pride in being a key point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and defense attorneys. Peggy’s aggressive and admirable work ethic has played a tremendous role in assisting our clients in obtaining the compensation they deserve as a result of their injuries.

Melissa Postek

Assistant Office Manager

Overview

Melissa has been a valuable part of our Dietrich Law Firm team since 2017. Having been a collegiate student-athlete, Melissa understands the importance of teamwork, communication, and time management and implements those skills in the office daily. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, "the city of good neighbors," Melissa is happy to be able to help her community through her work at the Dietrich Law Firm. Go Bills!

Legal Work

Melissa oversees daily firm operations while supporting both administrative and leadership functions. She coordinates office workflow, supervises staff, and supports human resources activities such as onboarding, employee support, and policy implementation. Since beginning here in 2017, Melissa worked her way up from File Clerk to Assistant Office Manager, building extensive experience in litigation support and office operations. Along the way, she handled settlement packages, drafted summons and complaints, managed attorney calendars and statute lists, ordered medical records, and oversaw client file intake and openings.

Melissa is committed to making the process easy for our clients so they can focus on their recovery and have peace of mind because they know that they have picked the best, most knowledgeable law firm to assist them during this difficult time in their lives.


Bailee Gallivan

Senior Paralegal to Nicholas J. Shemik, Esq.

Overview

Bailee has been a driven employee working with the Dietrich Law Firm since she started here in 2019 and has been in the paralegal role since 2022. Bailee has an extensive background in diverse customer service positions, which has prepared her to provide outstanding service in a high-pace environment. Bailee is a Buffalo-born and raised resident, a graduate of SUNY Buffalo State, and a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan!

Legal Work

Bailee is a liaison between clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. From helping clients with wages, mileage reimbursements, medical appointments, and insurance questions, Bailee makes sure clients are properly guided throughout the entirety of their case.

Personal Philosophy

Treat every client and case as if it was a family member or myself. Always showing compassion and empathy as clients navigate through this unimaginable hard time. Make sure clients know we are here to help them to the highest extent possible to ensure they are being treated how they deserve to be.


Kirsten Hoffmann

Paralegal to Eric J. Herrmann, Esq.

Overview

Kirsten Hoffmann has been a hardworking member of the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. since 2017. Prior to starting at the Dietrich Law Firm P.C., Kirsten had several years of customer service experience, which allows her to communicate well with individuals. Kirsten grew up in Erie County and received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Erie Community College. This has been a strong building block in her career in the legal field.

Legal Work

Kirsten supports attorneys by handling research, preparing legal documents, organizing case files, and communicating with clients. Before her promotion to paralegal, Kirsten acted as medical records supervisor from 2020-2023. In this position, she was able to assist our attorneys in obtaining our clients’ medical records and processing the initial paperwork for our newest clients in order to assess their claims quickly and accurately.

Personal Philosophy

To Kirsten, providing the utmost level of service in personal injury cases is not only a professional duty but a personal creed. She believes that every client deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and unwavering commitment, and she strives to uphold these values in every interaction.


Kayla Rosario

Paralegal to Grace M. Dietrich, Esq. and Alexander W. Eaton, Esq.

Overview

Kayla Rosario is a motivated and driven paralegal at the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. Kayla’s prior knowledge from her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology at the University at Buffalo have strengthened her time management skills, critical thinking, comprehension, and ability to truly understand clients.

Legal Work

As a paralegal, Kayla acts as the key point of contact between clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. From handling wage and mileage reimbursements to coordinating medical care and answering insurance questions, she ensures clients receive clear guidance and support from the day their case comes into our office to the day their case is closed. Before her promotion to paralegal, Kayla worked as head of our packages department, drafting concise and accurate settlement packages and response papers and helping out wherever she can. Kayla also assists in answering the phones right away so no client goes unanswered.

Kayla’s past customer service positions have given her an ample amount of experience in providing the highest level of customer service. She is always working hard to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of our clients from the initial time they call through the entirety of their case and even after the case is settled.


Kayla Brightman

Overview

Kayla Brightman has been a motivated and hardworking paralegal at The Dietrich Law Firm P.C. since 2016. Prior to working at The Dietrich Law Firm, she graduated from Hilbert College with a degree in Forensic Science. This education helped refine Kayla's meticulous attention to detail. This allows her to excel in assisting clients from the inception of the case through the conclusion. Kayla is a lifetime Erie County resident.

Legal Work

Kayla is exceptionally knowledgeable in the areas of:

  1. No-Fault wages and mileage;
  2. Maintaining disability notes from treating providers; and
  3. Disability paperwork and ensuring the clients are aware and prepared for time sensitive medical examinations.
Kayla will fiercely advocate on your behalf to make sure the insurance company pays for the required treatment and care after a car accident.

Estela Campos

Estela Campos was born and raised in Lockport, New York and graduated from Royalton-Hartland High School. She went on to attend Erie County Community College, where she pursued Paralegal studies. Estela was drawn to the legal field because she has always been passionate about helping others navigate complex situations during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. After an accident, many individuals feel overwhelmed, uncertain and vulnerable. Being able to guide and support clients through the legal process while helping them pursue the compensation they deserve is what inspired Estela to work in personal injury law. She joined the Dietrich Law Firm because of its strong reputation and commitment to delivering the highest level of personal injury service.

Estela helps clients with wages, mileage/out-of-pocket reimbursement and answers any questions they may have throughout their case. Overview

Jillian Christian was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and graduated from Kenmore East Senior High School. She went on to attend Leon's Studio One, School of Hair Design, where she studied and became licensed in Cosmetology. Jillian was drawn to the legal field because she enjoys helping people and she also has personal experience with the lasting impact that an accident can have. She chose to join the Dietrich Law Firm because of their commitment to their clients as well as the supportive team environment.

Legal Work

In her role at the Dietrich Law Firm P.C., Jillian assists the attorneys in the final stages of the client's case when it comes time to settle. Jillian orders all of the client's medical treatment records, organizes the exhibits and writes the demand letters that are sent out to the adjusters so that the attorneys can negotiate on our client's behalf. Jillian's empathy, compassion, attention to detailand persistent nature are just a few things that help her to provide our clients with the highest level of personal injury service. She understands our clients are often going through one of the most difficult times in their lives and works hard to make it easier on them.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys family activities, traveling, watching and playing sports, dancing and reading.

Melony Helms was born and raised in Williamsville, New York and graduated from Williamsville East High School. She went on to attend Continental School of Beauty, where she studied Esthetics. Melony was drawn to the legal field because she wanted a career that would allow her to grow professionally, while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. She truly cares about bein part of a team that helps clients feel supported, informed, and confident as they navigate difficult situations.

Legal Work

Here at the Dietrich Law Firm P.C., Melony manages front desk operations, composes and sends out opening case letters to clients, insurance companies, defendants and all other involved parties, as well as assisting the medical records department with ordering records. Melony is compassionate, detail-oriented and approachable, which helps her to be a strong first point of contact for new clients and everyone who comes to visit our office.

Personal Philosophy

Outside of the office, Melony enjoys traveling, reading, coloring and spending time with her cat, Moose. She also enjoys relaxing with a good movie or discovering a new series to watch. In the summer, she loves staying active by playing tennis, softball and hiking local trails.

Janehlee Montero

Janehlee Montero was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and later graduated from Sumner High School in Riverview, Florida. She went on to attend Erie Community College, where she studied medical assisting. Janehlee's time in the medical field shaped her heart for helping others and taught her the importance of patience, empathy and attention to detail - all of which are qualities that she carries into her work every day. She was drawn to the legal field because she wanted to continue supporting people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

Legal Work

As a Legal Assistant in the Medical Records Department, Janehlee orders and tracks medical records to ensure our attorneys have the documentation they need to advocate effectively for our clients. She also assists with client opening paperwork, helping make sure each case starts off organized and on the right track. In addition, Janehlee oversees colleagues within her department, offering guidance and support to keep our team running smoothly. She truly values teamwork and prides herself in being someone that others can truly rely on. She understands that behind every file is a person or family going through a challenging time and she strives to treat every client with the same care, respect and compassion she would want for her own loved ones.

Personal Philosophy

When she is not at work, Janehlee enjoys reading and spending time in nature, which helps her to recharge and stay grounded. She also cherishes spending time with her family and friends.

Naitza Rodriguez

Overview

Naitza Rodriguez was born and raised in Buffalo, New York where she graduated from the Charter High School for Applied Technologies. She remained in Buffalo and continued her education at Erie Community College, where she earned her Associate's degree in Criminal Justice. What truly drew Naitza to this work is knowing that her ability to solve problems, coupled with her determination in finding solutions, is helping people who may not be able to advocate for themselves. Being a part of that process brings her a sense of joy and accomplishment that she feels like not many other things in life can provide. Naitza joined The Dietrich Law Firm because of their willingness to teach and their patience as she stepped into a field that she had never worked in before, that support gave her confidence and reaffirmed her feeling that she was in the right place.

Legal Work

In her role as a Legal Assistant working primarily in the Settlement Package Department, Naitza helps to take pressure off our clients by retrieving their medical records and organizing the details to tell their story. She assists our attorneys by writing and assembling settlement packages that advocate for our clients and push for results both the clients and the firm can be proud of. Naitza understands that our clients are often going through one of the most difficult times in their lives and her organized, determined, detail-oriented work style help her to fight for them behind the scenes.

Naitza enjoys working out, painting, spending time with friends and family and, most importantly, cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Caitlin Sansalone

Caitlin Sansalone was born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Grand Island, New York. She graduated from Grand Island High School and went on to attend The Salon Professional Academy where she earned her New York State Esthetic License in 2011. After 20 years of working in the medical field, Caitlin was ready to obtain new career goals. She joined the Dietrich Law Firm and feels fortunate to be a part of a culture where compassion and supporting people through some of the most difficult times in their lives are top priorities. She joined the Dietrich Law Firm because of their mission, leadership and commitment to helping clients.

Legal Work

Caitlin supports the intake process by obtaining and organizing client information and opening new case files. She also requests medical records for clients and provides assistance to our paralegals and attorneys.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, her cat, Benjamin, going to concerts and watching documentaries.

Andrew Skakal

Andrew Skakal was born and raised in Lancaster, New York and graduated from Canisius High School. He went on to attend Saint Joseph's University, where he earned and Bachelors degree in Public Policy, with minors in Political Science, Philosophy and Justice & Ethics in the Law. Andrew was drawn to the legal field because he felt called to serve others. He says his education instilled in him the Jesuit ideal of being a "man for and with others" - a commitment to using one's talents to stand in solidarity with those in need. He feels that foundation has shaped the way he approaches both his work and life. He joined the Dietrich Law Firm because of its strong reputation in the Buffalo community and its commitment to standing beside injured individuals and families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Andrew assists attorneys with client communication, drafting correspondence, organizing case materials and coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies. He prides himself in being responsive, detail-oriented and dependable and works provide clear communication and steady support while helping guide each client through the legal process as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Andrew is a avid Buffalo sports fan, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a long-standing passion for rowing. Andrew gives back to the Buffalo community by coaching rowing at Canisius High School.

When Luke is not working at the Dietrich Law Firm he is busy pursuing his law degree at the University at Buffalo School of Law with hopes of becoming an attorney himself. He also enjoys hockey and playing the guitar.

Grace Molnar

Grace orders and collects medical records for clients' cases and offers assistance to the staff in the office. Grace's attention to detail, focus, hardworking nature and empathy for what our client's are experiencing help her to be able to support our clients while they are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Personal Philosophy

When she is not working at the office or away at school in Albany, Grace enjoys skiing, traveling, expanding her cooking and baking skills and attending sports games, specifically the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills.
