Mr. Patti is a civil litigation attorney devoted to helping his clients obtain justice after suffering an injury because of someone else's negligence. Mr. Patti is involved in all stages of his clients' litigation and is dedicated to ensuring they obtain the absolute best result possible. Mr. Patti focuses on motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, premises liability, dog bites, and construction accidents.
Mr. Patti's BackgroundMr. Patti was born and raised here Western New York. He grew up in Lewiston and graduated from Buffalo State College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree.
While attending Buffalo State for undergraduate studies, Mr. Patti majored in Criminal Justice and graduated while working for a local Emergency Department full-time.
Mr. Patti continued his education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Board, was a member of the Law School's Trial Team and represented his law school through Trial Team at the Lone Star Classic, an invitational mock trial, in San Antonio, Texas.
While in Law School, Mr. Patti worked full-time for New York State. He worked night shifts and weekends so that he was able to attend class during the weekdays.
After graduating from Law School, Mr. Patti continued his full-time employment with New York State while preparing for the Bar exam.
Mr. Patti came to the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. from the Niagara County District Attorney's office, where he worked in the Domestic Violence and Special Victims Unit. Through his tenure at the District Attorney's office, Mr. Patti was known for being a zealous advocate for victims, a trait he brought to the Dietrich Law Firm P.C. to help his clients. Through the District Attorney's office, Mr. Patti was also able to gain the knowledge and ability required in a courtroom, as well as invaluable trial experience with both bench and jury trials.
Personal PhilosophyMr. Patti always strives to be empathetic with every one of his clients. He believes that maintaining a close attorney-client relationship is vital to helping his clients through the legal process, and he understands that he is there to guide his clients step-by-step. Mr. Patti's first focus is always to help the client receive the treatment they need to start the healing process as soon as possible, with providers who are as understanding as he is.
